Talison Announces Implementation of Tianqi Schemes

Talison Lithium Limited (TSX:TLH) announced that further to the press release dated March 12, the Tianqi Schemes have already been implemented and that all Talison shares and options have been acquired by Windfield today in accordance to the terms of the Schemes.

As quoted in the press release:

Tianqi has paid the aggregate Scheme Consideration² to Talison in accordance with the terms of the Tianqi Schemes, and payment of the Scheme Consideration to Talison Securityholders has commenced today.
