Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSXV:RCK) announced that as of today, its board has appointed Afzaal Pirzada as the Company’s interim CEO. The Company also announced that it has accepted Eunho Lee’s resignation as President, CEO and director of Rock Tech.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Pirzada’s appointment follows the Board’s acceptance of Eunho Lee’s resignation as President, CEO and director of the Company. Mr. Pirzada will also maintain his current responsibilities as VP of Exploration until a permanent CEO has been selected.
