Mesa Exploration Corp. (TSXV:MSA) announced that it has reviewed its recent technical report disclosure in light of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The Company clarified various statements in regards to its presentation that had been previously released.
Highlights include:
The reference to “$30.00 gross value per barrel” has been deleted from this statement, as its inclusion is contrary to section 2.3(1) of NI 43-101, which prohibits the disclosure of the gross value of metal or mineral in a deposit. Also, in order to comply with section 3.1 of NI 43-101, Dana Durgin, AIPG Certified Professional Geologist and technical advisor to the Company has been added to the Corporate Presentation and the Company’s website as the Qualified Person responsible for the technical disclosure set out therein.
