Golden Dory Signs LOI to Sell Lithium Properties to Super Metals

Golden Dory Resources Corp. (TSXV:GDR) has signed a LOI to sell the Jackpot and Root Lake Lithium properties, Ontario to Super Metals & Mining Inc.

As quoted in the press release:

Golden Dory will also retain a 1% NSR on the Jackpot property and a 0.5% NSR on the Root Lake project of which ½ of the Jackpot NSR (0.5%) can be purchased for $500,000 and ½ of the Root Lake NSR (0.25%) can be purchased for $250,000.
