The Western Australian reported that struggling lithium miner Galaxy Resources (ASX:GXY) is looking for help bringing the company back on track by seeing out First Quantum co-founder and Lithium One’s chairman, Martin Rowley.
According the The Western Australian:
Mr Rowley will be part of a special management committee – comprising interim managing director Anthony Tse, non-executive director Xiaojian Ren and Galaxy executive Charles Whitfield – which will work on a review and restructuring of the business. Mr Rowley will also help the company restructure its board.
