Bacanora Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:BCN) proposed a revised private placement for total proceeds of up to $3,500,000 at $0.30 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.45 for a period of five (5) years. Pursuant to press release dated February 21, 2013, the Company had previously proposed to that the warrants have an expiry period of four (4) years.
