Bacanora Minerals Ltd. Announces Private Placement for Proceeds of up to $3,500,000

 Bacanora Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:BCN) announced a proposed private placement for gross proceeds of up to $3,500,000 at a price of $0.30 a unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.45 for a period of four (4) years.
