Triton Minerals Announces Commencement of Mozambique Exploration

Triton Minerals Ltd (ASX:TON) has announced that stage one of the graphite exploration program on its Graphite Project located in Mozambique has started, with an initial focus on Exploration License 5365. The company said representatives from Triton Minerals’ joint venture partner, Grafex Ltd and Jigsaw Geoscience Pty Ltd will be on ground this week.

As quoted in the press release:

Exploration License 5365 is considered to be highly prospective, given its close proximity to known graphite mineralisation, namely the Syrah Resources Ltd (ASX: SYR) Balama  East deposit, being approximately three kilometres to the South-West of the license boundary.
