As quoted in the press release:
…the TSX Venture Exchange has granted the Company an extension until December 9, 2013 to close the non-brokered private placement financing previously announced in the news release of September 25, 2013 (https://noramventures.com/News_Archive/2013/News_09-25-13.html) (the “Private Placement”).
