We are pleased to have announced this week that we completed our rebranding from Energizer Resources Inc. to NextSource Materials Inc. and are now trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under our new trading symbol “NEXT” and under the new trading symbol “NSRC” on the OTCQB. In the event you have not kept up with our news these past few weeks, we communicated the following:
Revised Phase 1 of our Molo mine plan from a demonstration plant to a sustainable mine capable of producing 15,000 tonnes per annum of high-quality SuperFlake™ for a mine life of over 20 years
Completed a Detailed Engineering Study with respect to the revised Phase 1 mine plan
Imminent release of a revised Feasibility Study with respect to the revised Phase 1 mine plan
Expected build schedule of just 6 months for the Molo mine, subject to funding
Mr. Johann de Bruin, retired Managing Director of Africa’s largest mine construction and operations (E.P.C.M) company, DRA Africa, has joined Energizer as Senior Consultant, Mine Operational Readiness
We are now in the advanced stages of mine development with our Molo Graphite Project, and ready to commence procurement for the Molo mine infrastructure once funding is secured. We look forward to keeping you posted on our progress.
