Lomiko Metals (TSXV:LMR,OTC:LMRMF) announced it had elected four directors at its annual general meeting at October 30. A. Paul Gill, Jacqueline Michael, Julius Galik and Brian Gusko were elected.
According to the press release:
Each of the following individuals were elected as directors of the Company as approved by a vote by ballot, for a term expiring at the conclusion of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company or until their successor are elected or appointed, as follows:

Jacqueline Michael 10,718,417 (99.27%)
Julius Galik 10,575,667 (97.95%)
