Lomiko Metals Converts Preferred Shares of Graphene 3D Lab to Common Shares

Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSXV:LMR) announced that the Company converted 250,000 of its Preferred Shares in Graphene 3D Lab, Inc. to 250,000 Common Shares at a par value of 0.0001USD each.
