Graphite India Ltd Sells its Shareholding in Carbon International Holdings

Equity Bulls reported that Graphite India Ltd (NSE:GRAPHITE) has sold its entire shareholding in its 100% owned foreign subsidiary, Carbon International Holdings NV for 4.59 million Euro.

As quoted in the market news:

The Graphite India Ltd stock was trading at Rs.85.50, up by Rs.3.30 or 4.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85.70 and low of Rs.82.10.
