Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV:GGG) announced that after completing a reverse takeover of MatNic Resources Inc., it has started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol GGG.

Graphene 3D Lab Inc. (TSXV:GGG) announced that after completing a reverse takeover of MatNic Resources Inc., it has started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol GGG.

Daniel Stolyarov, CEO of Graphene 3D Lab, said:

Becoming listed on the TSX Venture Exchange is an important milestone for Graphene 3D Lab. Access to the Canadian capital markets gives us the opportunity to rapidly commercialize our technology. The company’s vision is to use graphene enhanced materials in developing cutting edge 3D printing technologies for manufacturing functional devices in a one-step process. Net proceeds from the offering will be used to set up a facility for large-scale production of graphene-enhanced 3D printing materials, as well as continuation of our R&D efforts and the expansion of our team.
