Canada Carbon Inc. (TSXV:CCB), a graphite mining and production company, announced that it had entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with German company, CGT Carbon GmbH, which gives the former the exclusive right to market, distribute, and sell products in Canada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Wisconsin, Indiana, New Jersey, and Mexico.

As quoted in the press release:
The term of the Agreement is ten years with an option to renew for two additional ten-year periods. This will give Canada Carbon the exclusive distribution rights to sell a number of very high quality graphite products including; carbon composites, foils and sheets, graphite felts, and a range of specialty compounds.
