Big North Graphite (TSXV:NRT) has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering to $854,000.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit will consist of a common share and one half of one share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable to acquire an additional share at $0.12 for 2 years following the closing.
