Big North Graphite Corp. (TSXV:NRT) has applied for an extension to the terms of outstanding warrants to the TSX Venture Exchange.
As quoted in the press release:
- 4,412,500 warrants that are set to expire on June 13, 2014 will be amended to expire on June 13, 2015. These warrants were originally issued on December 13, 2011 as part of the units issued under a private placement completed by the Company in December 2011; and
- 3,216,500 warrants that are set to expire on August 15, 2014 will be amended to expire on August 15, 2015. These warrants were originally issued on February 15, 2012 as part of the units issued under a private placement completed by the Company in February 2012.
