Alabama Graphite Corp. (CNSX:ALP,US:ABGPF) announced that certain creditors have agreed to accept shares as payment for past services rendered, for a total of approximately $68,690.
As quoted in the press release:
… subject to regulatory approval, certain creditors have agreed to accept shares in the Company for past consulting and other services provided to the Company totaling approximately $68,690, by the issuance of a total of 528,385 common shares of the Company at a deemed value of $0.13 per share.
