Lusaka Times reported that Zhongui Mining Group must pay compensation to ZAFFICO before commencing mining at the Ichimpe copper-cobalt project.

Lusaka Times reported that Zhongui Mining Group must pay compensation to ZAFFICO before commencing mining at the Ichimpe copper-cobalt project.

As quoted in the market news:

The Ichimpe Copper and Cobalt Mine is expected to create 1,700 jobs at the construction stage and more than 2,000 once the mine is opened in 2014. Ichimpe Copper and Cobalt Mine is expected to produce 35,000 tonnes of copper and 2,000 tonnes of cobalt per annum.
