Sumitomo Mining Expands Production Capacity

Platts reported that Sumitomo Mining (TYO:5713) will expand its cobalt production capacity.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The plant produces cobalt cathode along with nickel. Cobalt production capacity will be raised to 4,500 mt/year from 2,000 mt/year.
