Strong Metal Recovery on Test for Metallica’s Planned 2014 New Tri-Metal Mine

Mineweb reported that Metallica (ASX:MLM) has reported positive testing results from its NORNICO project.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Based on this initial testwork, Metallica expects average nickel and cobalt extractions to be over 90% and the scandium extraction to be in the 85%-95% range depending on the scandium grade of the ore.
