Formation Signs EPCM Letter of Intent with JDS for Idaho Cobalt Project

Formation Metals Inc. (TSX:FCO) reports signs a Letter of Intent with JDS Energy & Mining Inc.’s  for engineering, procurement and construction management services for its Idaho cobalt project. 

The press release is quoted as saying:

JDS will work on a target based project risk/reward basis that will include an on-budget, on schedule and no harm execution accountability. 

Formation Metals’ CEO, Mari-Ann Green says:
