Formation Metals Inc. (TSE:FCO) announced that it has received authorization to access the Idaho cobalt project mine site to resume construction operations under certain conditions.

Formation Metals Inc. (TSX:FCO) announced that it has received authorization to access the Idaho cobalt project mine site to resume construction operations under certain conditions.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The conditions include the transportation of ICP personnel to the mine site under a convoy limited to travelling between the morning hours of 6 A.M and 8 A.M. and evening hours of 5 P.M and 7 P.M. and limit their speed to 25 mph. In addition, all heavy equipment transport of supplies that require oversized vehicles will be limited between the hours of 10 P.M. and 8 A.M. An evacuation order was previously in effect due to the Salt Fire burning in the Salmon-Challis National Forest as announced in the Company’s news release dated September 8, 2011.
