Base Metals Investing Zincore Metals Inc. (TSX:ZNC) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to C$861,000 consisting of up to 6,379,040 units at a price of C$0.135 per unit.
Zincore Metals Inc. (TSX:ZNC) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to C$861,000 consisting of up to 6,379,040 units at a price of C$0.135 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at C$0.19 for up to 24 months. The Company may pay a finder’s fee equal to a cash payment of 6% of gross proceeds.
