Zinc Stockpiles Climb to 16-Year High on Gain in New Orleans

Bloomberg reports that Zinc inventories rose to the highest level in more than 16 years.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Inventories jumped 17,150 tons, or 3.4 percent, to 523,800 tons in New Orleans. That was the first increase in 23 sessions and stockpiles climbed 34 percent this year. The location stores 60 percent of total zinc stockpiles.
