  • Initial phase of resource definition between the 940 and 990 levels nearing completion, with maiden JORC resource on track for Q1 2016.

Kim Robinson, managing director of Energia, commented:

This previously unmined deposit is the cornerstone of our development plans at Gorno and we are very encouraged by the results so far, with the rapid advance of the program continuing to de-risk the project and lay the foundations for a maiden resource estimate.
All of the work to date has either confirmed or exceeded our expectations, providing strong support for the previously published Exploration Target and putting us on track to complete an initial resource estimate for Colonna Zorzone early next year.
This continuing success has brought forward our plans to establish an Indicated Resource Estimate, which in turn is anticipated to provide the foundation for us to move ahead with a Scoping Study in the first half of 2016.
