Mining Weekly reported Western Areas (ASX:WSA,TSX:WSA) reported a 10% fall in production and a 30% drop in sales for the September quarter.
As quoted in the market news,
…stockpiles have increased to 8 132 t.
The company, which is listed on the ASX and TSX, said its mined production declined to 7 658 t at an average grade of 4.9% nickel in the quarter. This compares with the 8 561 t produced in the previous quarter at an average grade of 5.4%.
