VMS Sells a Part of Share Holdings in North American Nickel Inc.

VMS Ventures Inc. (TSXV:VMS) announced it has sold a portion of its common shares of North American Nickel Inc. through a private transaction to Sentient Global Resources Fund IV L.P.

As quoted in the press release,

VMS Ventures will remain a significant shareholder of NAN and on the completion of the above transactions will hold approximately 16.9% of the outstanding common shares of NAN.
