Bloomberg.com reports that Rusal has called for the removal of the entire board at Norilsk Nickel.
The story is quoted as saying:
Rusal’s owner Oleg Deripaska is locked in a months-long confrontation with tycoon Vladimir Potanin and his investment vehicle Interros over Norilsk cash flows. Both men own 25 percent in the world’s largest nickel producer, but Potanin has four seats on the board to Deripaska’s three.
