Base Metals Investing Rockland Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RL) reported that it has map staked 55 claims in the Schefferville area of Quebec. The claims are in addition to the 16 original claims that make up the Schefferville gold property.

The press release is quoted as saying:
The new claims are in five separate prospect areas and cover a total of 2,750 hectares. The claims are located approximately 50 kilometres north of Schefferville and there is an existing road that is within five kilometres of the southern portion of the property.
