Russia’s Micex Index retreated 1.6 percent as companies including OAO Rosneft and OAO GMK Norilsk Nickel sank on lower oil and metals prices. Copper fell for a fourth day, and nickel slipped for a third day in London. Crude oil increased 0.7 percent to $107.86 a barrel.
