Mincor to Lay off Workers at Kambalda

Australian Mining reported that Mincor Resources NL (ASX:MCR) will lay off 50 workers from its current workforce near Kambalda. The company is making changes its mining plan in order to maximize operations.

As quoted in the market news:

With a soft nickel price at multi-year lows, Mincor have decided to suspend capital development at the Miitel mine, and to only proceed with stopping operations at Miitel and Mariners.
