    LIberty Mines Makes First Nickel Shipment

    Liberty Mines Inc. (TSX:LBE) announced it has reached permitted production capacity of 1,500 tonnes per day at its Redstone Mill following planned production increases.

    Liberty MinesĀ Inc. (TSX:LBE) announced it has reached permitted production capacity of 1,500 tonnes per day at its Redstone Mill following planned production increases.

    As quoted in the press release:

    The Company also announced that it has shipped its first batch of nickel concentrate since re-starting operations onMarch 31, 2012.Ā  The shipment, which contained approximately 128,000 kg of 13% grade nickel concentrate, was sent to Xstrata’s smelter in Sudbury this past week.Ā  Under its current off-take agreement, Liberty will ship 100% of its concentrate production to Xstrata through 2013.
