Base Metals Investing First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM, LSE:FQM) announced that it has extended and modified its offer to acquire the outstanding shares of Inmet Mining Corporation.
First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM, LSE:FQM) announced that it has extended and modified its offer to acquire the outstanding shares of Inmet Mining Corporation.
As quoted in the press release:
The Offer has been extended to allow further time for satisfaction of the conditions of the Offer, including receipt of other required regulatory approvals.
