Elemental Minerals Limited Completes C$53.5 Million Initial Public Offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange

 Elemental Minerals Ltd. (ASX:ELM,TSX:ELM) announced that its $53.5 million initial public offering is now complete.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the IPO for further development of the Sintoukola Potash Project including: leading to completion of the pre-feasibility study; additional seismic and drilling exploration; further geological analysis and for general corporate purposes.
