Field Assessment of Nickel Targets on Diamonds North’s Amaruk Property

Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (TSXV:DDN) reports they are conducting lake-bottom sediment sampling on the Amaruk nickel project.

The press release is quoted as saying,

MMG is project operator and is fully funding the nickel exploration program at Amaruk. Nickel potential of the property is demonstrated by a drill hole that intersected 2.49% nickel over 9 metres within a 35 metre zone assaying 1% nickel (see news release May 22, 2008).

Bruce Kienlen (P.Geol.) and Graham Gill (P.Geo.) will review the base metal data from this project for Diamonds North.
