Champion Bear Resources Ltd. (TSXV:CBA) reports it has completed the private placement of 1,000,000 common shares to Canadian Platinum Corp.
The press release is quoted as saying,
Champion Bear intends to use the proceeds of this private placement for its ongoing exploration programs on its Eagle Rock copper-nickel-platinum-palladium-gold property located in northwestern Ontario and for general corporate purposes.
All securities issuable under the private placement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing date.
