US Nickel bids for Argent Minerals

The Sydney Morning Herald.com reports that US Nickel (ASX:USN) intends to extend an off-market takeover offer for Argent Minerals (ASX:ARD).

US Nickel will offer four of its shares for every three shares in Argent it does not already own.
