Trevali Mining Corporation (TSX:TV,OTCQX:TREVF) announced that it has entered into agreements with Xstrata Canada Corporation for toll-milling of mineralization from its Halfmile mine project, New Brunswick.

As quoted in the press release:

Trevali and Xstrata have finalized an agreement for the toll milling of Trevali’s 100%-owned Halfmile deposit zinc-lead-silver-copper-gold mineralization at the nearby Brunswick 12 concentrate processing plant. The agreement covers the stockpiling, treatment, processing and production of zinc, lead-silver, copper-gold and bulk concentrates using the established Brunswick 12 mill process flow sheet and the subsequent environmental handling of the residual tailings material at the Brunswick 12 tailings management facility.

In tandem with the above, Trevali has also successfully secured a concentrate off-take agreement whereby Xstrata will purchase 100% of the Halfmile mine production at benchmark terms under the toll milling agreement.
