Dia Bras Announces Board of Directors and Grant of Options

Dia Bras Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DIB) announced that, at its Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 2, 2010, the shareholders elected all director nominees, namely Dr. Thomas L. Robyn, J. Alberto Arias, David Crevier, Doug Cater, Eduardo Gonzalez, Robert Hirsh, Philip Renaud and Daniel Tellechea.
