NASDAQ reports that Barker Minerals (CVE:BML) climbed up by 10% to nearly 6 cents after reporting the trenching results on the Cariboo zinc/lead/silver project.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The 2010 trenching was able to strip away the weathered surface subcrop and expose fresh high grade bedrock mineralization across the main zone where representative intermittent chip sampling returned metal values of 29 g/t silver, 20% zinc, and 6% lead, over the 8 meter main zone section.
