Base Metals Investing Mining Weekly reports Petmin (JNB:PET) will invest an additional $1.5-million in its iron-ore joint venture in Liberia to fund the second phase of exploration.

The market news is quoted as saying,
The investment would increase Petmin’s shareholding in the JV company, Iron Bird, to 50%. Currently, Aim-listed Hummingbird Resources owns 85% of Iron Bird.
