New Millennium Capital Corp. Closes $86.83 Million Financing

New Millennium Capital Corp. (TSXV:NML) announced the completion of its bought deal public offering of common shares.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Corporation intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to prepare a feasibility study in respect of its Taconite Project and for working capital purposes.
