MCC to Ship Iron Ore to China

Platts reported that iron ore miner, MCC Minera Sierra Grande, will ship iron ore to China according to its general manager, Fernando Zhou.

As quoted in the market news:

We’re aiming to ship two cargoes monthly during 2013. We already have shipments booked to China, the United States and Canada for the coming months,” Zhou said. Last year, the company made nine overseas shipments. No tonnage figures were disclosed. The miner also did not disclose its 2012 output or capacity.
