As quoted in the market news:
The suit against the department of mineral resources’ (DMR) granting of a prospecting right at Sishen to Imperial Crown Trading (ICT) was brought by Anglo American-controlled Kumba Iron Ore and ArcelorMittal SA (Amsa).
There were a lot of unhappy faces in the North Gauteng high court after last week’s judgment, with the exception of Amsa’s team, who were clearly delighted.
