Cuervo Resources Inc.(CNSX:FE) announced the appointment of Mr.Velasquez Spring as its new Chief Operating Officer.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Spring is the Senior Consulting Geologist to Cuervo and has played a central role in the Company since its inception in 2005. Mr. Spring has also joined the Company’s board of directors. The Company and Mr. John Siriunas, the Company’s President and Secretary, have decided to part ways. Mr. Siriunas has resigned as a director and officer of Cuervo.
