Mining Weekly reported Atlas Iron (ASX:AGO) will acquire the outstanding 25% interest in the iron-ore rights of the Daltons joint venture with Haoma Mining.
As quoted in the market news:
The relevant iron-ore rights are located on the northern part of Atlas’ Mount Webber direct shipping ore project.
Under the terms of the agreement, Atlas would acquire ownership of Haoma’s 25% interest in the underlying tenements and iron-ore rights for A$33-million, payable on the completion of formal documentation.
