Atlas Acquires 90% of Pilbara Iron Ore Prospect

International Business Times reported Atlas Iron Limited (ASX:AGO) has acquired a 90 per cent stake in the Corunna Downs DSO project.

As quoted in the market news:

The payout will be done in three tranches, in the form of a staged 12-month exploration option for 100 per cent of Gondwana’s interest in the project.
