Alderon Iron Ore (TSX:ADV,MYSE MKT:AXX) announced that since Ms Diana Walters has recently left Liberty Metals and Mining Holdings (LMM), she has resigned from Alderon’s board of directors in her capacity as LMM’s appointee.
As quoted in the press release:
In accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement dated January 11, 2012 between LMM and Alderon, LMM has the right to appoint an alternate at any time.
Alderon executive chairman, Mark J. Morabito, said:
