VMS Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:VMS) has an advanced stage copper project set to go into production in 2013: the Reed Copper Project in Snow Lake, Manitoba, is projected to have a 5.5 year mine life with a total payback within year two of operations. They have a strategic majority stakeholder (70%) in HudBay Minerals, who will use their substantial mining expertise and act as operator and manager for mine operations.
